.*This position is open to consider also candidates from all LATAM region*Responsible of technical education and training for medical staff, sales team and others in order to promote our products, assure the correct usage of our breasts implants.Responsible for the selection of the right distributing partners and creating strong relations with our partners. Staffs and directs a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for clients and Account Executives.Necessary Duties and Responsibilities include the following:Develops a close relationship with our distributing partners and support them to reach the sales objective.Responsible for the performance and development of the Account Executives.Responsible for budget and forecast.Liaison between Distributors and Company.Monitoring DistributorsInitiates and coordinates development of action plans to build relationships with KOL (training, selection for congress,.).Train Distributors and their Sales TeamSurgeon training: continuously share medical information with surgeons about ESTA products, benefits, objectives and general information to assure the safe and effective use of our implants.Establish and maintain solid relationships with surgeons and medical staff, to act as an expert on breast implants and other services that the company promote.Build and execute digital and traditional mkt strategies with different partnersexecute on the strategic plan following calendar of activitiesWork closely with regulatory to make sure products are registered adequatelyPlan and execute on the launch of new products/programs in the region and select the right distributors for each launch when requiredWork closely with legal to ensure contract are in place with the correct terms and conditionsWork closely with finance to ensure account receivables are compliant and credit limits are followedWork with finance to set prices ensuring profitability and growth for the companyWork closely with supply chain and customer care to have an accurate demand planning and also provide a good service to our customersProvides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.Provides timely, accurate strategy while striving to maintain maximum market share.Assists Account Executives in preparation of proposals and presentations.Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team and all LATAM distributorsFull knowledge and follow up of HCPs (Plastic surgeons, mastologists…), Hospitals, KOLs, Physician expert both Locally and globally
