Marketing Specialist

Symplicity is seeking a Marketing Specialist - Brazil, with strong content marketing skills to help our Marketing Function. The right candidate should excel at crafting high-level communication, maintaining consistent messaging across all brand touchpoints, developing internal processes, and working with international channel partners.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Regional Sales Manager and local sales team to develop go-to-market strategies to achieve brand recognition and growth in the markets. As head marketer, you will own pipeline creation and the marketing lifecycle of prospective clients.Identify and create marketing activities and content to drive demand generation and leads, increase renewals and customer satisfaction, including case studies, sales presentations, coordinating webinars, social media, blog posts, video scripts, infographics, website copy, and more.Manage digital channels and relationships with the marketing agency, aiming to improve branding and MQLs.Organize events, onsite and online, to help promote Symplicity's authority in employability.Manage internal and product documents for better product positioning and communication.Collaborate with the international marketing team and translate and regionalize marketing material into Portuguese to English, English to Portuguese.Maintain a thorough knowledge of markets and trends.What does it take to be part of our team?Experience in the development and execution of B2B marketing programs, with expertise in digital marketing, including content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing and sales support.Excellent self-management skills, like responsibility with deliverables, organization, and quality control.Excellent writing, creative skills, and creating marketing content.Good use of HubSpot, Excel, Power Point, and designing tools.Professional proficiency in English (must have).Experience in collaboration with B2B sales leadership and teams.Symplicity is a global software provider to higher education and early talent recruiters.
