Responsibilities include creating marketing plans, executing campaigns, and managing budgets. Additionally, the role involves driving team growth through skill enhancement via performance assessments, training, and feedback. Effective stakeholder management is crucial, requiring relationship building with key internal stakeholders (local, regional, and global) strategic clients, external partners/agencies, and media.LI-RF3 Key AccountabilitiesDevelop and execute marketing strategies for Cargill's Latam South regionLead and execute Brand and Marketing strategiesCreate and execute marketing campaigns and eventsManage the marketing budgetLead strategic project's marketing workstreamsBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholdersManaging and developing the teamDesign and execute market and competitive insights analysesOther duties as assigned QualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing or animal science related fieldsMin 6 years of experience in marketing, and at least 3 years in management rolesProven track record in developing strong marketing plans, campaigns, and strategiesStrong leadership skills, capable of building and motivating large teams.Experience in managing marketing budget, and/or P&LsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsGood communication in EnglishAbility to work independently and as part of a team Preferred QualificationsPrior experience in animal production companies is highly desirableExperience in both mass marketing and account-based marketing strategiesExperience in creating and executing marketing campaignsExperience in managing a marketing budgetExperience in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholdersExcellent communication and presentation skillsBe able to work independently and as part of a teamLI-OnsiteAt Cargill, everyone matters and everyone counts.
