Reman's marketing consultant must demonstrate creativity, vision, business judgment and excellent product support or marketing/distribution knowledge, as well as sensitivity to the client's financial impact.This position provides support in areas such as Market and Distribution Needs, Customer and Dealer Education, and Sales Execution.Specific areas of responsibility include:Alignment with service development and sales execution vertical teams.Collaborate with Cat Dealerships across multiple Cat businesses to optimize pricing and inventory, identify and fill product gaps, and promote Reman productsPartner with Cat dealers to drive awareness, alignment, action, Reman education, customer process optimization and understanding of industry-specific needs to drive a customer-centric cultureExecute growth with Reman for targeted resellers in collaboration with service growth strategy project.Must have the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures, internally and externally, with the appropriate influence and ability to resolve differences. Good human relations skills are needed to develop a collaborative/cooperative working relationship with others inside and outside the business unit. It often requires extensive travel to understand regional or worldwide trading conditions. The incumbent is building experience with government agencies, national associations, dealers and customer groups.**Basic Qualifications**:**Education**:Bachelor's degree**Experience**:9 -12 years working with Caterpillar dealers, preferably in roles such as Parts and Service Support Representative, Application Support Consultant or Aftermarket Solutions Consultant orArts and Services Support Representative**Language**:Pre-Advanced English**Behavioral skills**:Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationship.
