Job Responsibilities: Preparation, analysis, early warning, and proposal of corresponding improvement measures for the annual budget (including income statement, cash flow, and turnover).Establishment and operation of the cost monitoring system for Brazilian joint venture companies.Assistance in completing bank financing programs, implementing cash flow control, and mitigating cash flow risks.Enhancement of the material control system for the Brazilian joint venture company and improvement of inventory management capabilities.Evaluation of personnel performance in the Brazilian joint venture company, adjustment of positions, and establishment of a system.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in finance or related fields.Preferably, a financial manager with five years of experience or more in a local manufacturing background.Proficiency in Portuguese, English, and Chinese as working languages.Excellent communication and internal coordination skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and motivation.
