This position requires good communication, both in Portuguese and English and a good will to learn.Job Responsibilities- Process and monitor intercompany orders- Update material information, such as NCM and description- Check and approve international documents for import and export- Evaluate costs and quotes for international freight- Keep internal customers updated of deliveries- Monitor local transports- Check and approve local NF and DACTEs- Assist the Logistics Analyst with daily activities- Support the Warehouse team with import process status- Open and follow up NCRsRequired QualificationsEducation: International Relations, Foreign Trade, Administration (ongoing)Experience: 0-2 years of experienceSkills and Abilities: Good communication, proactive, teamwork, adaptability, problem solving, multitasking, HSSE focus, eager to learn, advanced English, SAP knowledge is a plus.
