Job descriptionThe biggest challenge in the position correspond to the ability to relate and communicate with other areas within IT and achieve harmony and collaboration, taking into account that the role of the ITM analyst is to constantly require that they comply with the designed plan or that regularize an activity that is deviated from their initial plan.
Especially since information and action will generally be requested from higher positions in other IT managements.
Due to the constantly increasing of TLAC IT operations and projects, the analyst should manage complex and variated situations to be solved in short period of time. Prioritization skills is mandatory.
Context of continue negotiation and claiming environment must be managed as part of the daily basis.
Main responsibilitiesMAIN RESPONSABILITIES Record all administrative activities of IT division involved such as: the purchasing process, Contract revision, vendor management, reporting and expenditures analysis.Execute the monthly accounting closings by account, providing the information for centralized analysis of the budget and decision of savings, reallocations or explanation of delay in certain activities.Ensure that projects stay on track and on budget, and that the staff works efficiently and effectively. PMO Analysts hold a managerial position, but they work with employees from all levels who touch on the projects they are assigned to.Be capable of manage projects and propose enhancement on daily operation.Alert business areas about upcoming budgeted activities to start on time or alert areas about activities incomingwith a delay regarding the plan and coordinate a new due date.MAIN ACTIVITIES Budget control - Request areas the activities to be done during the year to calendarize it. Loading of purchasing request and weekly follow up - Procurement process requires input on SAP of items and services. Control of users certification - In monthly basis, the budget consumption needs ITM analyst follow up to support user and remind them to close the process. Alert users of incoming activities - Due to the lead time for procurement, it is mandatory to help users to advance the request to adjust the schedule committed. Weekly report of delayed activities - Report to IT management the delays of budget consumption/project execution. Closing preparation: journal entry booking and main variation explanation - Participate of Financial Closing providing project information and services consumption (for instance, accrual, provision, reallocation, etc). Tracking of provisions and consumptions.Communicate project/program management status to different stakeholders as required - Periodic report on project status and main execution deviations. Requirements and skillsMAIN REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree required with a major in Business Administration, Finance/accounting, Information Technology, IT Business, Computer Science, Technology, or any related.English (Intermediate level).Excellent communications skills in both Brazilian and Spanish (desirable)Strong analytical skills, understanding of complex issues, ability to quickly absorb information, conceptual and creative problem-solving excellence.Ability to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical, and impactful manner.Ability to work independently as well as in team and handle tight deadlines.
