With your contribution, we can help shape the future of renewable energy.For our Region Southern Europe and Latin America (SELA) and located in either Brazil, Portugal, Spain, Italy or Greece (depending on your preference), we are searching for aHead of Finance Southern Europe and Latin America (f/m/d)Your Main Roles, Responsibilities and Expectations:Finance business partner for the region and member of the regional management team; Accountable forall accounting and controlling activities within the region; Disciplinary leadership and development of local accounting and controlling teams; Securing financial compliance (internal and external compliance); Provide the financial perspective to regional business strategy development and implementation; Co-steer the region business and manage business performance from an CFO point of view; Manage all regional finance activities and secure provision of regional finance services according to the defined service catalogue; Provide leadership to local accounting and controlling teams including target agreements, feedback and performance evaluations together with Global Accounting and Global Controlling; Advise the regional management and provide value-added insights including variance analysis and countermeasures; Identify and follow-up on risks and opportunities for the regional financial performance; Secure correctness of financial statements (balance sheet, profit & loss, cash flow) for all regional company codes; Ensure compliance of regional accounting and controlling processes with corporate guidelines and external requirements; Liaise between regional management team and global CFO functions (Accounting, Controlling, Tax and Treasury).Qualifications & Profile:University degree (Bachelor / Master) in economics / business administration with emphasis on financing, accounting and controlling or equivalent; At least 5-10 years of relevant experience as finance business partner and manager in finance with disciplinary leadership responsibility; Profound knowledge and experience in implementing, managing and improving finance processes; Very good knowledge in financial and management accounting in large corporations; Good knowledge of taxation in Brazil, Portugal, Spain. Italy and Greece; Good knowledge of project management techniques, especially risk management; Very good knowledge of SAP (R/3 or S/4HANA) or similar, and of MS-Office; Strong proven writing and oral communications skills in English
