In order to accelerate the next phase of Amazon Ads' development, we are committed to transforming the depth, scale and ambition of our global partnerships with major media agencies as well as other industry bodies (IAB, etc.). We have a dedicated team to deliver this vision at a global level. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior business development leader to join the team to shape and drive Amazon Ads' strategic partnerships with major Holding Company Agencies and releavant advertising industry players. Amazon Ads is looking for a senior leader to hire, lead and develop the Agency and Partnerships team (10+ team members). This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior business development leader to join the team to accelerate Amazon Ad's strategic partnerships in Brazil. This is a senior, customer-facing position requiring a consultative style that focuses on leading Amazon's relationships with key partners in Brazil. The right candidate will be a dynamic and sales-oriented professional, possess an analytical mindset and be comfortable with complex data sets whilst displaying excellence at relationship development. You will be empowered to develop and roll-out strategies that evolve how Amazon and agencies interact. You will be a thought-leader in this space and a confident presenter of those ideas. You will empower agencies and partners by consulting on how to leverage Amazon's proprietary data, measurement, and technology to deliver meaningful business outcomes for advertisers. You will drive product innovation by collecting detailed feedback from external partners and sharing it with internal Amazon teams. Advertising agencies and programmatic media in particular are evolving rapidly – the ability to thrive in this exciting and fluid environment will be critical to the success of this role.Key job responsibilitiesThe ideal candidate should have management experience and be able to grow and develop a high performing team over time.Responsibilities- Own relationships with key agency senior partners while developing and executing business plans which drive long-term growth and adoption of Amazon Ads' tools and products- Design and execute the vision for Amazon Ads Partnerships in BR- Develop and manage a detailed engagement strategy to C-Levels and deliver periodic business reviews to key agency stakeholders to illuminate and drive new business opportunities- Lead education and enablement of key agency functions including delivery of training, roadshows, summits and other agency-wide events- Collaborate with agency decision-makers and Amazon Advertising sales teams to drive development of specific advertiser accounts- Listen intently to agency feedback on business alignment and usability of the Amazon DSP, organize and share that feedback with product teams, and collaborate with Product Management to drive scalable changes through to completion- Develop and execute a customer-led growth strategy for use of the Amazon DSPBasic qualifications- Fluency in Portuguese and English, written and verbal- Bachelor's degree or equivalent- 10+ years of experience as proven strategic trusted advisor working with C-Level clients and/or Media Agencies- 15+ years of leadership experience delivering results in a sales or partnership development role at a digital media or advertising technology company- 10+ years of experience leading, hiring, developing and managing high performance teams- 10+ years of experience in advertising or digital environmentPreferred qualifications- Established network of agency and senior-level client relationships in the industry, and ability to confidently communicate with VP and C-level clients- Knowledge of data-driven, programmatic media trading- Strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of dataWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Sao Paulo, SP, BRA- 12+ years of B2B sales experience- Experience managing teams- Experience managing teams who deliver on defined goals and timelines- Experience hiring and retaining sales talent- Experience building new customer relationships- Experience reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals- Experience of high level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management#J-18808-Ljbffr
