As a Growth Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's digital presence and driving lead generation strategies to new heights. We're seeking a dynamic individual with a knack for crafting engaging campaigns that captivate audiences across various digital platforms.    Responsibilities: - Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies for B2B lead generation, from awareness to conversion. - Plan and implement awareness campaigns across various media channels, including social media, paid advertising, email marketing, among others. - Collaborate with the creative team to plan and produce creative content aligned with the sales funnel needs. - Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing strategies. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimization opportunities. - Efficiently manage the marketing budget, ensuring maximum return on investment. - Utilize HubSpot to manage leads, marketing automation, and data analysis. - Master the execution of media across key digital and social media channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Ads, among others.   Requirements: - Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B lead generation and awareness campaigns. - Solid knowledge of marketing funnel strategies and their practical implementation. - Experience in planning and executing digital media campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Ads, among others. - Proficiency in HubSpot for lead management, marketing automation, and data analysis. - Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to guide strategic decisions. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. - Results-oriented, with a focus on achieving goals and performance metrics. - Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.   About Doris: At Doris, we believe in empowering individuals to create their world, their way.
