We're a fast-growing company with a lot of growth opportunity We're hustlers but don't tolerate workplace toxicity This is what we need in a Graphic Designer: 5+ years of experience with design 100% comfortable working in English Experience with making graphics for ads Experience with editing videos Proficient in Premiere Pro Proficient in Photoshop Proficient in Illustrator Relentlessly detail-oriented ?? We can't emphasize this enough: we absolutely need someone who is willing and able to learn, grow, and improve Experience in After Effects isn't mandatory but it's a big plus Our clients are: Mostly DTC e-comm brands with huge scalability potential Mostly American companies, but we occasionally have clients in Canada, Australia, and other countries Monthly budgets range from $20,000/mo to $100,000+/mo Many use Shopify as their e-commerce platform We're not a grind factory; we work with a smaller number of clients and focus on high-quality work This is what you'll be doing: First and foremost, this is a collaborative role where you'll be working closely with other team members Develop high-performing ad creative in the form of static images and videos Edit creative assets with team and client feedback Interface with content creators to guide them through generating raw creative assets Learn, we'll literally pay you to learn! How You'll Be Working: As a remote-only team, we embrace flexibility and have teammates all over the world. The company operates on a 9-6 ET schedule where you're expected to be available, but there is a large degree of flexibility depending on when you are the most productive.
We use Slack for communication and keep meetings to a minimum. We have a weekly team call on Fridays at 1pm ET (~1 hour) and a Monday huddle at 11am ET (~30 minutes)
