What you will do Job Responsibilities: • Gather business requirements for incidents, enhancement requests, and projects • Prepare detailed design specifications for program, report, or interface development • Coordinate with business users, RapidResponse developers, Integration Engineer and other IT Support Teams for new development • Provide post-production support for application continuity and sustainability • Respond to and resolve problem tickets and service requests raised by users • Use standard SAP tools to troubleshoot/debug and recommend solutions • Develop APIs for TSW and integrated applications to expose and consume data • Provide technical leadership & consulting for complex incidents and enhancements • Implement and support interfaces between RapidResponse and various SAP and cloud systems • Utilize Agile frameworks and tools to plan, execute, and track work Primary skill set: • Experience with SAP Trader's & Scheduler's Workbench (TSW) module, or expert level experience with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) Module in Oil/Gas industry • Understanding of Supply Chain Operations (Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Production Planning etc.) in the Oil and Gas industry and business processes such as marine, rail, pipeline transportations • Good understanding of ABAP programming language; able to write design document and debug system issues • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze/debug issues, and support complex processes • Good experience in end user application support and coordinating activities with business support teams or business clients Abot you Nice to have skillsets: • Knowledge and hands-on functional experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse • Familiarity of SAP SD, MM modules • Working knowledge of Agile Frameworks ( Scrum and KANBAN) • Experience with Apache NIFI or similar tools. Soft skillsets: • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) • Strong interpersonal and team working skills. Working experience coordinating activities with other support teams or business clients. • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and work with less experienced analysts in order to develop SAP problem solving, support and technical skills.
