What you will do The business analyst will work very close to the Business, providing support to users (troubleshooting) work with application rollouts, implementations, projects in an Agile team located in the US, CWB, BA. This role requires someone with initiative who is highly organized and can document things well to keep the PO and team informedThis role requires someone with initiative who is highly organized and can document things well to keep the PO and team informed Abot you • Analysis & Troubleshooting – Perform analysis of reported issues and schedule/lead troubleshooting sessions with end users to gather relevant information for application/integration issues.• Requirements Gathering – Participate in design and requirements discussions with architects and business stakeholders to understand and document work item details.• Stewardship – Stewardship of application tickets/issues, including when working with 3rd party vendors. Participation in governance, checkpoint, and status calls to represent, monitor, and progress work items.• Testing – Perform application testing for individual changes and/or platform/application upgrades. Update test scripts with relevant testing steps/details, as needed. Report on testing results via tracking mechanism provided.• Collaboration – Collaborate with other teams (internal and external) to understand E2E processes, report issues, request enhancements, etc. This should be a continuous process until an issue is considered fully resolved/completed.• Planning & Coordination – Plan and coordinate application changes, testing activities, or upgrades. This can range from an individual ticket/change to an entire application upgrade. Includes management of change/communications with IT and business stakeholders.• Documentation – Create or update application support documentation, security models, risk assessments, etc.• Data – Perform basic data analysis, collection, or comparisons in support of design, troubleshooting, or testing activities.
