Responsibilities: Customize Zoho CRM to align precisely with client sales processes.Implement Automation for tasks, email notifications, and comprehensive data collection.Integrate Zoho CRM with other Zoho apps, including Forms, Desk, and Books, to create a seamless workflow.Develop Custom Automations using Zoho's Deluge scripting language to tailor solutions to client needs.Create Custom Reports and Dashboards in Zoho Analytics to help clients understand and visualize their data.Forge Connections with other applications using Zoho Flow or Zapier to expand functionality.Conduct Discovery Meetings with clients to assess needs, design systems, and propose innovative solutions.Ensure Effective Communication with clients to deeply understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Ideal Candidate: Experience with Zoho CRM/ERP Systems and a strong grasp of their capabilities.Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, and Python, with a solid foundation in coding and system design.Excellent Communication Skills, comfortable with client interactions via email and video conferencing.A Keen Interest in Business Systems with an understanding of profit generation mechanisms and how to enhance them through technology.
