Designer Educacional

This is not a Graphic Design or Marketing position.We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Educational Designer to develop Flyover's teaching & learning areas. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing visually attractive, engaging and effective learning materials, lesson plans, standards and trainings, tailored to meet the needs of our students and teachers, which you had identified thougout your analysis. This role requires exceptional English language skills as training sessions must be delivered in English and recorded for further use.Mandatory RequirementsDegree in Letras - Inglês.Creativity and design tools knowledge.Exceptional English language skills.At least 2 years of experience in private second language teaching.Responsibilities and DutiesImplement solutions at the school level for the needs of students and teachersOrganize and perform regular training sessions with the teaching staffRecord and edit asynchronous training sessions to be added to our training libraryDesign, edit, and publish various educational materials including lesson plans, coursework, training sessions, books, as well as content for blogs, forums, and other platformsMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational solutionsDevelop course curricula aligned with the school's methodologyDesign and implement guidelines and best practicesWork independently and with a multi-disciplinary teamJob Type:Contrato CLT - Tempo Integral 44hLocation:Remote / Home Office
