What we're looking for in hard-skills: You are fluent and eloquent in spoken & written English & Spanish or English & Portuguese (you get extra points if you speak the three languages -mandatory-).You have at least 2–3 years of experience, providing top-notch support via phone/call center, email, social media accounts, and chat/WhatsApp in a banking/fintech environment (mandatory).You are familiar with CRMs and how they work.You can work nights shifts, holidays and weekends. What we're looking for in soft-skills: You thrive when delighting customers, eager to exceed their goals and expectations.You're consultative in nature, with a high degree of empathy to identify and understand customer pains, goals, and opportunities.A passion for solving tough problems and proposing elegant solutions.An ability to learn and adapt so that you can help teach others.Patience, grace, and a sense of humor.You have a keen eye for detail, and can help investigate, and report bugs customers may bring to us.You can actively communicate with other team members using Slack, keep up with daily updates shared across our channels. More about the position: You have excellent, thoughtful written and verbal communication skills. You can work 100% remotely, and you have your own computer equipment with a strong and reliable internet connection.You have a dedicated work-space to take calls in a calm and quiet environment.You would love to work and thrive in a remote startup environment, and have clear expectations on the grind involved.
