Country Manager (Freight Forwarder)

Challenges of this position: Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer baseManage and oversee the subsidiary's operations, ensuring compliance with both local regulations and company policies.Lead the local team to achieve operational excellence and high levels of customer service.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored logistics solutions.Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to ensure the subsidiary's profitability.Monitor and analyze the Brazilian market trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges.Ensure compliance with local, national, and international laws and regulations related to freight forwarding and logistics. Additional points for evaluation: Strong understanding of the Brazilian and international freight forwarding market, regulations, and customs procedures. Customs broker working experience is a plus.Fluency in English is required.Position will be based in São Paulo
