.JOB DESCRIPTIONBased in Belo Horizonte, the primary purpose of this role is to establish and maintain the company as a trusted partner with new and existing customers. We are committed to our company being an employer of choice demonstrating a great culture where amazing people can excel, immerse in incredible opportunities and where they are developed and supported to reach their highest potential.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESHunter Position – aggressively seek new opportunities to reach and exceed assigned revenue targetsCreate revenue generating events within our portfolioProspect and qualify new sales leadsServe and grow existing accounts with excellenceAchieve set sales quotas, KPI's, and various sales metrics set by executive managementMonitor and provide information on competitive marketplaceCross-sell and upsell a diverse offering of industrial & technical products and services across parent company portfolio, including sister company product lines.Develop new customersSales and billing reportsMaintain an updated sales pipeline & sales activities in CRM, including upcoming projects, outages, expansions, etc.Develop and maintain strong ongoing relationships with prospects, customers, and co-workersServe as single point of contact for your accounts & territoryLiaison between the customer and the inside support teamsDevelop and maintain a highly respectable image of company in the eyes of the customerManage expectations of the customer and company to deliver the most successful results possible every timeOrganize and plan customer meetings (in-person and virtual), presentations, workshops, and site visitsEngage in and contribute to sales meetings and initiatives for planning, strategizing and successfully implementing sales objectivesTravel within region for customer meetings, site visits, sales meetings, industry events, joint sales calls, training eventsCommunicate competitive market information to help sales support team build competitive bidsObserve all safety procedures and use proper safety equipment including but not limited to eye, ear, and hand protection.Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work environment at all times.Operate and maintain equipment in a safe manner at all times.Perform work according to established company policies and procedures.Perform other duties as requested
