Job ResponsibilitiesSpearhead strategic analysis of business processes within the shared services center, employing advanced methodologies to identify opportunities for innovation, optimization, and operational excellence.Lead cross-functional teams in comprehensive assessments to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and maximize cost-effectiveness.Develop predictive models and scenario analyses to support evidence-based decision-making at all levels of the organization.Presenting data and insights in a clear and understandable manner, using visualizations and narratives as needed.Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.Assist the Head of Shared Services to design and implement agile, scalable processes that anticipate and adapt to evolving business needs.Skills & ExperiencesA Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or any major.Excellent skills in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Office.Advanced level of English language skills in written and oral communication.Excellent analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to work with a large amount of data.Added Advantage if the candidate has experience using Data Analytical tools like Power BI to build Dashboard.Able to multi-task and handle different work assignments at one time.Good understanding of Finance processes and technology.Willing to work on-site in Campinas on a daily basis or relocate to the job location.
