As a global leader in technology, we are transforming the world and we are proud to bring the creativity and diversity of its talented people who drive this transformation.The success of our company reflects the determination and talent of our people, in connection with our key corporate values: People, Excellence, Change, Integrity and Co-prosperity.PositionBudget and Operations SupervisorAreas of Responsibilities in this role, you will be responsible for:Develop and monitor Marketing budget performance, analyze data to identify trends, opportunities and risks for areas improvement;Take part in strategic planning, business intelligence assessments for decision-making processes to contribute to overall company growth;Supervise and develop Marketing business processes in compliance with company policies, procedures, as well as regulatory requirements;Provide accurate and insightful marketing financial analysis;Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product and finance to ensure alignment with mobile marketing campaigns;Maintain strong relationships with existing stakeholders, develop reports, monitor KPIs to support strategic decisions.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance or related fields;Solid experience with budget control, business intelligence or operations role;Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing demands effectively;Proven track record of leading budget operations and business intelligence assessments for strategic decisions;Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills;Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;Previous experience with SAP;English Level: Minimum - > Advanced.
