**Key Responsibilities**:- Assign yearly performance objectives for the team in alignment with department and Plants goals;- Provide regular feedback and coaching to employees on work performance;- Mentor and motivate the Supply Chain team, provide training and development to optimize their performance and personal growth;- Communicate performance standards, recognize, and reward individual and team accomplishments, and Feedbacks;- Provide a leadership presence on the shop floor;- Provide clear consistent communication;- Actively supports all HSEQ compliance activities;- Manage and be responsible for department budget;- Perform root cause analysis, develop lessons learned.
