**Key Responsibilities**:- Assign yearly performance objectives for the team in alignment with department and Plants goals;- Provide regular feedback and coaching to employees on work performance;- Mentor and motivate the Supply Chain team, provide training and development to optimize their performance and personal growth;- Communicate performance standards, recognize, and reward individual and team accomplishments, and Feedbacks;- Provide a leadership presence on the shop floor;- Provide clear consistent communication;- Actively supports all HSEQ compliance activities;- Manage and be responsible for department budget;- Perform root cause analysis, develop lessons learned. Share lessons and implement corrections;- To implement the strategy for inventory counting, including cycle counting;- Review and present departmental metrics Continuous Improvement activities based on the LEAN/TPM/WCM methodology;- Develop and implement strategic supply chain initiatives to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain performance across logistics,, and planning functions;- Develop and implement Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) strategies to ensure alignment between demand, supply, and financial plans;- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, planning, manufacturing, and sales to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of supply chain activities;- Implement robust supply chain analytics and reporting mechanisms to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across for improvement;- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to drive collaboration and achieve strategic objectives;- Participates in special projects, including analysis and summary of data with recommendations for the future procedures;- Solve ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks (before they become roadblocks);- Align with internal customers, Finance, and Operations to understand budgetary targets by building and develop methods of measuring and defining savings, value and other category metrics**Main requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field;- MBA and/or Apics preferred;- Solid experience in supply chain operations;- Solid experience as people and process leader;- Excelent Portuguese and English communication skills;- Spanish communication skills will be considered a plus;- Proficiency in supply chain management software, ERP SAP system, and/or other relevant tools;- Proven ability working with Continuous Improvement (Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing/WCM skills);- Proven experience in Root Cause Analysis, Cause and Effect methodologies;- Supplier/vendor relationship management experience;- Advanced Microsoft Office Excel and power BI user;- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities;- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate cross-functional teams within logistics, procurement, and planning to achieve common goals;- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making;- Availability to work on-site based in Joinville/SC - Brasil.BRAnimal**Search Firm Representatives Please Read Carefully****Employee Status**:Regular**Relocation**:Domestic**VISA Sponsorship**:No**Travel Requirements**:No Travel Required**Flexible Work Arrangements**:Not Applicable**Shift**:Not Indicated**Valid Driving License**:No**Hazardous Material(s)**:n/a**Job Posting End Date**:05/05/2024**Requisition ID**:R284034
