We are committed to innovation and quality to exceed our customers' expectations.About the job:We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst (QA) to ensure the quality of our software especially through automated testing, thereby ensuring the reliability and performance of our platform on scale.What you'll work on:Develop and implement automated testing plans to validate functions and business rules.Utilize current automated testing frameworks and tools to establish effective test suites.Collaborate with the development team to understand system requirements and determine the best methods and tools for testing.Maintain the integrity of testing environments by simulating scenarios and data for e.g.: unit tests, backtests, and A/B testing.Identify and document software defects, following up their resolution.Aid in documentation, test and follow up of software defects identified by other parties, such customers, implementation team, etc. Promote continuous improvement of the company's QA processes, adhering to best practices.Who you are:- Professional with relevant experience in QA, focusing on automated testing.- Experienced with Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Analytical ability to solve problems and improve processes.- Effective at working in a multidisciplinary team.- Good verbal and written communication skills.We are looking for a professional with solid technical skills and a genuine interest in software quality.
