As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated E-commerce Listing Coordinator to join our team and help us optimize our Listings.The eCommerce Listing Coordinator (ELC) will monitor all Amazon listings through Seller Central across multiple marketplaces. The ELC will be the primary point of contact for all internal departments regarding updating, maintaining, and resolving Amazon listing issues. Those selected for an interview will be contacted.Job ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will serve as a dedicated advocate for the company, resolving listing issues and overcoming bottlenecks on the Amazon seller platform.Oversees and manages the accuracy and health of our Amazon listings, ensuring compliance with Amazon's guidelines and policies.Resolving pricing issuesIdentifying actions necessary to win the buy box.Create and follow through on cases to appealing Amazon decisions regarding listings.Proactively identifies and addresses any issues with listings, collaborating with internal teams and directly interfacing with Amazon to resolve problems promptly.Work with Catalog Managers and graphic designers to manage and upload listing images.Montior and take appropriate action to resolve stranded inventory.Requirements2+ years' eCommerce sales support experience preferred.Strong knowledge of Amazon's seller platform, policies, and procedures, with a focus on customer-centric issue resolution.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey listing issues and resolutions to brands and internal teams in a customer-friendly manner.Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving listing problems, demonstrating a commitment to ensuring a positive result.Ability to collaborate and build positive relationships with internal teams, brands, and Amazon support, leveraging customer service skills to address concerns effectively.Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central.
