Launch Execution**- Coordinate the development of creative assets, including imagery and content, to support product launches.- Conduct comprehensive research to determine product positioning and identify unique selling points for listings and advertising campaigns.- Develop and implement effective keyword strategies, collaborating closely with the PPC team to optimize keyword rankings.- Execute review generation strategies to maintain high ratings for product listings.- Contribute to product ideation and validate niche opportunities through thorough market research.- Track and analyze data to evaluate launch performance and identify areas for improvement.**2. Continuous Split-testing & Innovation**- Proactively test new strategies with each launch to stay ahead of competitors and enhance overall performance.- Conduct ongoing research on competitors and the Amazon marketplace to identify emerging trends and opportunities.**3. Launch List Management**- Cultivate an engaged list of active consumers eagerly awaiting our next new product launch.**4. Support to Brand Manager**- Serve as a key support resource to the Brand Manager, assisting with various initiatives and projects.- Provide assistance with legacy product relaunches and conduct imagery testing as required.- Handle Amazon backend flat files and cases to ensure smooth operational processes.**Requirements**:- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Proactive approach to learning new skills and technologies.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.- Possesses a competitive spirit and demonstrates a drive for continuous improvement.
