• Plan, develop and manage Management activities, defining criteria and procedures for implementing actions, promoting best practices to achieve expected results;• Implement the product management system within customers; • Manage Account Management's human resources, defining roles and responsibilities, guiding team members, monitoring performance, promoting the optimization of results; • Analyze problems reported by customers, and seek to apply new technical solutions, to avoid customer complaints and guarantee the good functionality of the products sold; • Monitor and manage the level of sales and profitability of products, based on sales and cost reports; • Daily monitor the level of customer satisfaction regarding services provided and products sold; • Develop new Customers; • Format sales prices to assist the sales area in commercial proposals, establishing a minimum price in accordance with the market and allowed contribution margins, to guarantee a minimum product line margin and achieve corporate operational goals; • Manage and control orders and deliveries of Quaker Chemical products; • Participate in meetings and commercial events. Carry out formal visits representing the Director; • Provide support to the Director in relation to listed customer contracts (additions, renewals and new contracts); • Monitor testing of new products, monitoring the application of the product in the customer's production process, collecting data and issuing reports, to ensure the correct use of the product and obtain the best possible performance; • Responsible for improving the performance of products supplied on customer equipment; • Execute instructions suggested by the Product and BDM Manager; • Prepare and control the budget for your area of activity, monitoring the actions and projects developed, together with the client areas, contributing to achieving the objectives planned in the company's strategic planning; • Develop studies and prepare reports, statements, statistics and graphs, on the activities planned in your area of activity, in order to provide information to superior management; • Margin and price management, including adjustment actions. Key Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering or related field. Technical skills ? Specialization in Marketing/Strategic Planning ? Business knowledge
