Location: Sao Paulo - Brazil
WeWork is looking for a Sr. Lead, Marketing Automation based in Sao Paulo to design and build automation programs across the LATAM regional business unit, focused on prospects, members, and brokers. This role will report into the Global Sr. Manager, Marketing Automation and sit on the broader CRM and Automation team. This role will serve as a key partner to the Lifecycle Marketing strategists. This person should thrive in environments with high cross-functional collaboration and be comfortable working in a fast paced company with a global footprint.
Responsibilities:
Strategy & Delivery:
Work closely with the broader Global Automation team to design, build, test, and deploy email automations globally
Support Global Sr. Marketing Automation Manager in managing and strategically planning execution of LATAM campaign requests from cross-team stakeholders
Collaborate with LATAM and Global teams to ensure local campaign goals align with Central plansSr. Lead, Marketing Automation
Leverage A/B testing, dynamic content, and segmentation effectively
QA all sends, inclusive of drafting test scripts as necessary
Ensure successful audience management and touch governance across various campaigns
Collaborate closely with the Marketing Automation and Data teams to build a strong reporting framework for email marketing in LATAM
Work with Lifecycle Marketing strategists in campaign development to provide recommendations for optimal email campaign performance
Ability to easily multi-task, handling multiple concurrent and time-sensitive requests
Partner with the Marketing Operations team to test lead routing forms and landing pages
Requirements:
3-4 years of email marketing experience
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools; Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Journey Builder and AmpScript experience strongly preferred
Experience withcomplex marketing automation implementations, inclusive ofintricate A/B testing, audience targeting, and dynamic content
Fluent Portuguese preferred
Strong QA background, inclusive of writing test scripts
Deep understanding of email KPIs, metrics, and reporting
Analytical mindset; comfortable working with data and digging into numbers
Familiarity with backend ESP health: deliverability, inboxing, IP warming, and monitoring
Technical skillset required, with HTML, CSS, and Photoshop experience
Strong attention to detail
Ability to excel in a fast paced environment
Self-starter and self-direction is a must
