We are seeking for a Logistics Specialist in imports.
The position will located in São Paulo, Brazil.

**What you'll bring to the team**:
**Main responsibilities**

To meet and comply with the EHSQ criteria, to respect and ensure the quality, safety at work, occupational health and aspects that may cause environmental impacts of direct or non-responsibility, promoting when possible their awareness in the services and activities performed.
- Monitor and manage import Kemira´s orders, coordinating with logistics suppliers.
- Critical Analysis and Approval of import documents.
- Schedule deliveries of intercompany road import orders.
- Send and monitor the billing entries for payments to logistics suppliers with the finance department.
- Send ICMS tax guides for payment.
- Create entry invoices corresponding to the import.
- Monitor the return of empty containers and compliance with the pre-established return deadline.
- Develop and analyze import costs.
- Quotation and contracting of logistics services: international freight.
- Control of Import and Logistics KPIs.
- Tolling Process: Planning, Outbound, Inbound, and monthly closing.
**Competencies**

Problem Solving, Teamwork, Communication, Delivering Value, Function specific process knowledge.
**Qualification**
- Education (in progress / completed): Business Administration or Administration with emphasis on Foreign Trade.
- Languages: Advanced English / Basic Spanish.
- Experience: 1+ year of experience in Import processes.
- Training / Desired Courses: Microsoft Office: Excel, Internet, Outlook, Power Point, Word; Windows, SAP Knowledge, SAP MM module, Basic knowledge of tax on Brazilian imports.
