Work with product marketing on marketing plans and activities.
Competitive analysis and market intelligence.
Delivers high quality business cases and value propositions for new product development.
Work with Innovation on prioritization of innovation projects and follow-up on progress.
Sales documentation and support material. Create structure and procedures to streamline leads to contracts.
Sales support (market penetration):
Provide proactive and reactive sales support.
Project review and layout. Assist with payback and ROI analysis.
Mentoring; travel with and support sales people on customer visits.
Attend trade shows and customer demonstrations.
Support industry sales in creation of annual revenue budgets.
Product demonstration guidelines, including utilization of demo centers. Inventory management of demo equipment.
Training / knowledge transfer:
Responsible for skill level of sales for the Product Group/s.
Define training needs of industry sales, create training plans and material.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
The position demands an individual who is driven, proactive, organized and has excellent communication skills. The individual has to be analytically and strategically thinking. Fluency in English is required.
The position demands further knowledge and skills of:
Sales and Marketing ? including marketing strategy and tactics, business to business sales techniques, budgeting, solutions and project design, market need analysis, pricing, competitor analysis.
Creation and delivering support and training material, knowledge of training and skills to create and deliver market material and training.
Training and mentoring, including excellent presentation skills, being able to instruct others, explain and simplify often complicated material.
Education and Experience
University degree and/or experience in technical field, business, marketing.
