General job description • Receipt, release and shipment of cargo; • Provide support in the definition, review, implementation and improvement of organizational processes, operational flows and performance indicators of the sector; • Issuing reports of loads in the warehouse and en route of vendors drivers with daily accountability of the operational activities and routines of the sector; • Support in coordination of operational teams activities (Handlers) • Monitoring Vendors Drivers activities • Control and handling of pending issues and returns; • Monitoring of indicators and accountability to management and external customers, when necessary prepare material and presentations, including participation in meetings with customers. • May be required to perform other duties as assigned Education: • High school diploma/equivalent. Proficiency in English • Valid Drivers License and good driving record.
