About the role We are looking for a Data Product Analyst to join our clients' team. This role is the intersection between Data and Product, pivotal in analyzing eCommerce and retail media data, delivering actionable insights, and driving data-informed product decisions.
The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert and support cross-functional teams in ecommerce/retail data inquiries, developing a data dictionary and/or catalog and owning data quality processes. Your ability to manage expectations, navigate data tools, and support cross-functional teams will make you a cornerstone of our data-driven strategy.
Responsibilities: Develop expert knowledge in eCommerce/retail media data assets (Amazon, Walmart, Pacvue, Stackline, etc.) Serve as subject matter expert and go-to person for all eCommerce/retail media data inquiries and requests from business and IT partners Own data quality and data availability of eCommerce/retail media data, work with internal and external teams to validate data against data sources Develop data dictionary and/or data catalog for eCommerce/retail media data users Collaborate with data engineers to design and build new datasets to serve BI tools and/or analytics consumptions Must Have Skills: Previous experience building data dictionaries/catalogs SQL (preferably Snowflake) Dashboard knowledge (Power BI / Tableau / Domo) strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
