We are looking for a Contract Manager to join our Construction Strategy & Operations team to manage our design, construction, and procurement contracts for the UK region. The objective of this individual is to ensure efficient administration of these contracts in accordance with company and legal requirements. This individual will be embedded in the regional project team and responsible for the lifecycle of all contracts required for construction project. Responsibilities will include identifying required contracts and shepherding them to execution by collaborating with business and legal partners.
Responsibilities
Provide time-sensitive support to the project teams by identifying contracts needed for external parties
Prepare, organize, and administer all project contracts in accordance with company and legal requirements
Serve as main liaison between the project team and the construction legal team for contract needs, particularly if negotiations or changes to the contracts are required
Implement processes for efficient and streamlined operations surrounding the project team's contracts
Assist in maintaining our contract management system and other databases
Qualifications
Able to work in a fast-paced, high pressure, entrepreneurial environment
Must be responsible, accountable and results-driven
Excellent proofreading, organization and communication skills
At least 3 years experience in contracts management, process management, or equivalent field
Paralegal experience a plus but not required
Construction, design, or other development experience highly preferred
Motivated individual able to manage competing priorities
Detail-oriented and organized.
Experience leading and managing a team.
