DescriçãoJOB FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Prepare the Dealer and AGCO Aftersales team;
· Execute the first sales together with dealer / specialized third party sales team;
· conduct market studies to support business strategy
· Plan sales strategies and actions related to end customer needs and requirements
· Develop tools to facilitate technical sales process and approach within the market;
· Coordinate and support promotional efforts with Marketing area;
· Conduct actions, campaigns and other marketing initiatives to support gen sets promotion on the field;
· Participate into agri fairs, farm shows and specific events related to the business;
· Prepare the dealer on how to service end customers – be locally when needed;
· Develop tools to facilitate the dealer / specialized third party after sales process;
· Interact with partners to offer a good support to the dealer and end customers.
· Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economy, Marketing or any Engineering course.
· Advanced english. Spanish is desired.
· Experience on market of gen sets.
· Job Location: Paraná, Santa Catarina e Rio Grande do Sul.
