About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to join our Analyst team and participate in different projects made up of multicultural teams distributed throughout the world. What You'll Do: - Create and maintain data pipelines for the entire firm as well as specialized sections. - Assist in the creation and upkeep of corporate data visualization dashboards. - Understand and interpret the business rules that model the business into code (SQL/Python). - Work with data product managers to create outstanding data products. - Contribute to the dissemination of a data-driven mindset and the improvement of data literacy. You Must Have: - 7+ years of experience working with BI, analytics, or other data-related areas. - 2+ years of experience with Python, R, or another programming language. - 5+ years of experience with SQL. - Advanced English proficiency. Desirable: - 1+ year of experience in Analytics Engineering. - Working knowledge of people analytics, streaming analytics, graph databases, and data visualization software. - Knowledge of Apache Spark, Hive and Impala, Hadoop, or other big data technologies.
