Sobre nosso cliente Multinational Mining Company Descrição Responsibilities:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials and equipment.Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and safety.Maintain inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts and reconciliations.Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to support mining activities.Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory, monitor stock levels, and generate reports.Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives within the warehouse operations.Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand, plan for upcoming projects, and allocate resources effectively.Address any issues or discrepancies related to inventory, orders, or deliveries in a timely manner.Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement among warehouse staff. Perfil desejável Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Proven experience in warehouse management or similar role, preferably in the mining or heavy equipment industry.Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management principles, and logistics processes.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a diverse team.Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English (written and verbal) is preferred.Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
