You will report into our SVP Sales and be based in Brazil working in our Sao Paulo office (Hybrid) and there will be travel of over 50% required to meet our needs.The OpportunityYou'll use your record of accomplishment to lead a team to sell enterprise software solutions and drive incremental revenue through the management of all accounts within LATAM. You will collaborate with other executives internally and external parties like alliance and channel partners. Helping expand sales within existing accounts and focusing on customer service while developing relationships with decision-makers are cornerstones to your success. Your planning and management abilities always consider the needs of the businesses and how the competition factors into that need.Your ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage to a strategic and comprehensive business plan for the assigned region, segment, or vertical, to be delivered upon by subordinate, direct report sales leaders and their teams.Accountable for accurate forecasting and delivering on regular quarterly revenue targetsSpend time visiting existing customers and building new customer relationships, at the executive level within the accounts.Develop and maintain relationships with executive team members within Informatica and develops Partner relationships within the assigned sales region.Provide input into the quota setting process for their subordinate sales leaders.Collaborate with other functions to resolve escalations/customer issues quickly.Nurture career development, managing performance, and pay discussions within their organization.Hold self and team accountable for documentation within CRM / Marketing software of customer contact and activity data (e.g. names, titles, contact information, opportunity value, product information, sales stages, probability, business pain, firm-future commitments, etc.)SkillsUse expertise in collaborative leadership to set direction for a significant division/segment of a business unit.Adept at strategic planning to align the organization to corporate strategy and objectives.Regular interaction with fellow executives internally/externally, to include influencing in visible activities that may include representing us via media and government interactions.Use long term goals and strategy to guide work and direct the work of others, where erroneous decisions will have a serious impact on the success of the company's operations.Motivate and mentors team members with motivational leadership presence and demeanor.Use succession planning and knowledge of future organizational talent need to educate subordinate leaders.Your Qualifications10+ years of successful enterprise software sales management history in a related spaceExperience leading a team with enterprise and tactical businessWe're guided by our DATA values and we are passionate about building and delivering solutions that accelerate data innovations.
