As a Technical Recruiter at micro1, you will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. You will also be responsible for building relationships with candidates and communicating effectively with both candidates and the internal team. Qualifications Experience in full-life cycle recruiting, technical recruiting for LATAM and US regions Strong communication skills Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers Experience in hiring and evaluating software engineers Experience using recruitment tools and platforms Ability to work independently and remotely Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include knowledge of software engineering, familiarity with AI-driven recruiting technologies, and experience in the tech industry.
