Develop with commercial, project development and other teams new products and solutions to enable new projects. Modelling is a must. The focus will be on modelling new projects, guaranteeing best practices and implementing mechanics for new opportunities, analysis, and sensitivitiesWhat challenges will you face?Building fully integrated models with Income Statements / Balance Sheets / Cash Flow Statements, debt sizing features, tax, and accounting considerations as well as PPA and regulatory characteristicsElaborate and bring alternatives and insights for financing inputs such as debt sizing and profile, timing for financing process, covenants, and also for project structure, including tax, commercial and accountingDevelop models and business plan for new business such as mid-size, battery storage, ammonia and hydrogenDevelop presentations for board approval and dashboards for management analysis and insightsSupport bank/FIs/investors first approach for capital structure of projects and holdingsReports to the shareholder, focused on valuation metrics and equity exposureWhat specific knowledge do you need?At least 2 years of modelling experience
