Description You will join a growing team driven by innovation, experimentation, and a deep understanding of our customers. As a team member, you'll work closely with your cross-functional partners in product management, engineering, and QA as we build next-generation products. Responsibilities Create the highest quality design system UI component designs, specifications, and documentation. Design the designer experience by organizing and designing Figma libraries utilizing a design system. Train and coach proper design system usage. Create polished, production-ready UI designs for new components, variants, and updates. Usher new design system updates through the process. Create wireframes, user flows, visual design assets, and interactive prototypes/high-fidelity mockups. Partner with engineering and product to maintain an aligned understanding of the current-state design system user experience while continuously discovering improvement opportunities. Through ability to design frictionless digital experiences, you will empower our users to navigate our product more efficiently. Mentor members of the development team on internal and external frameworks, software development best practices, and new technologies. Requirements At least 5 years of experience designing digital experiences on a variety of platforms Fluent in Arabic Requires proficiency with Figma, Adobe Suite, and/or associated design tools, along with the ability to quickly learn and excel in Figma Proficiency in building for mobile web with responsive UI/UX across many platforms Experience with design system documentation tools like Zeroheight and Storybook Deep knowledge of UX industry standards, usability, accessibility, trends in web and app design Proven track record of teamwork and delivery Experience in communicating with other technical teams and senior management to collect requirements, describe user flows, rapidly prototype designs, and design strategy Nice to have Experience visualizing data objects Experience in a fast-paced/high-growth environment Close collaboration/development experience with data engineering and data science teams
