Job PurposeResponsible for assisting with logistics, documentation and regulations, helping to ensure that the vessel is vessel complies with regulatory standards and is ready for the planned projects.Job Description- Ensuring that the fleet meets the requirements of the Safety Management System and Corporate Policy.- Provide project teams with relevant support and guidance.- Ensure that fleet requirements are reflected in the appropriate schedules and in compliance with existing Safety Management System (SMS) procedures, including tracking / archiving. existing Safety Management System (SMS) procedures, including tracking/filing of reports, certifications and other required documentation. Analysis and closure of non-conformities for the assigned vessel.- Ensuring that fleet audit requirements are met and ensuring that actions to close observations/non-conformities/opportunities for improvement are timely and effective for the Captains/Superintendents of the assigned vessels.- Ensure smooth communications with all assigned vessels, including routine telephone contact.- Supporting the nautical department staff on the vessels in the fleet.You are meant for this job if:Full degree in Nautical SciencesAdvanced EnglishOffshore or onshore experience in maritime management.
