You will constantly be challenged, fostered, and motivated to grow to new heights. Role Overview We are seeking a proficient Smart Contract Engineer to join our team. As a Smart Contract Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining smart contracts using Solidity and Solana. Experience with DeFi protocols is a plus, as you will contribute to the development of innovative decentralized finance solutions. Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts using Solidity and Solana blockchain platforms Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement smart contract requirements Conduct thorough testing and debugging of smart contracts to ensure reliability and security Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in blockchain and smart contract development Contribute to the development of decentralized finance protocols, leveraging your expertise in smart contract development Assist in the documentation and maintenance of smart contracts, ensuring clarity and accessibility for stakeholders Requirements Proficiency in Solidity and experience with Solana blockchain platform Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals and smart contract development principles Previous experience working with decentralized finance protocols is desirable Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on security and reliability Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred Benefits Fully remote work Competitive salary Flexible shift with at least 3-4 hours EST overlap
