You should have a strong background in product management, delivering scalable, secure and innovative products that meet the needs of customers, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.What will I be doing?Drive the rollout of an ERP system across more than 70 entities in over 40 different countriesWorking with multiple internal stakeholders to analyze treasury, accounting and operational business processes, and develop products and solutions to help automate processes and drive information flows to the ERPWork closely with a team of skilled engineers and define strategy and roadmap for the platform, evangelizing to the development teams and broader organizationWork closely with other product teams to ensure the solutions developed can meet our customer needsExecute a vision, ensuring every item on the roadmap provides the desired outcome for our organization, our customers and the business.Lead a global, multidisciplinary team, collaborating with departments such as legal, finance, marketing, and sales, enhancing our commitment to diversity and cross-cultural collaboration.Analyze and use data to make informed decisions.Do whatever it takes to make your product and team successful, no matter how big or small the issue may be.Foster a culture of diversity, innovation, and global leadership within your team.Working with people from all around the globe.Lead and inspire other team members of the Product teamWhat skills do I need?5+ years experience working as a Product or Project managerProven ability to deliver on ERP integrations or BPA projects including external ERP systems.
