Position Senior Legal Manager for Contracts, Corporate and Legal Operations Job Description We are looking for a Senior Legal Manager to join our Brazilian team located in São Paulo; Responsible for Contracts, Corporate, Legal Market and Legal Operations areas. Roles and responsibilities: Manage Contracts, Corporate, Legal Market, Intellectual Property and Legal Operations areas developing the people, the processes and the area leaders; Support on the Major Contracts and Company Projects reviewing a major contracts and a large-sized project in order to minimize legal risks and offer the best solutions for the business areas. Corporate Activities drafting Bylaws Amendments, Providing support in the general meeting of shareholders and Corporate Committees. Review Market Major Advertisements and Related Materials supporting market team in the major campaigns with the purpose to mitigate legal risks for the Company. Create, Improve and Control Legal, Compliance & Data Privacy Department KPIs providing a detailed analysis of department figures, supporting the leaders of other areas and also department leader in decisions. Identify and implement new technologies available in the market implementing new technologies for all areas of Legal, Compliance & Data Privacy Department, improving the daily routine of all areas and bringing more qualified services for the Company. Manage Intellectual Properties with focus on Company`s Brands implementing efficient methods to register brands in advance to protect Company`s rights. Background & Experience Bachelor's degree required in Law; Specialization in Contracts and/or projects, and/or with an MBA; Previous professional experience in the Legal area in companies and/or specialized offices; Experience in Contracts with large negotiations involving analysis and solutions; Experience in Legal Ops, with implementation of projects/systems; Previous experience in Legal Marketing; Fluent/Advanced presentation skills in English (mandatory) Why is Samsung Electronics the place to be?
