J ob Profile / Activities: Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to an overall responsibility for the delivery of SAP technical application services. Ensure the overall availability and sustainability of business-critical SAP environments and other supporting peripheral systems. The role is accountable for workload, resource, and incident management. Technical, administrative, and project leadership responsibilities. • Facilitating and coordinating critical incident management (Level 4), • Coordinating and planning for ICW activities, • Leading and coordinating support packs and upgrades, • Managing project and resource load for the managed service team, • Liaison and coordination with infrastructure and middleware partners (ex. End of Leases, migrations), • Manage and Update IT controls within the SAP Implementation COE, • SAP Basis Implementation COE Team Lead responsibilities, • Developing ROMs and Proposal for SAP Basis Demand, • Facilitating and coordinating permanent corrective action through problem management. Basic Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree. Experience: Minimum 7 years experience in a technical role (DBA, Server, Basis admin). Minimum 4 years experience in project leadership or team lead role. SAP ECC technical experience. Language: Advance English. Skills: Strong networking and business acumen skills, Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Strong Problem-solving skills. Desirable Qualifications: Agile Methodologies proven experience will be a plus.
