You will be responsible for optimizing and executing high-quality sales processes to acquire and retain users and to help them achieve success.ResponsibilitiesPresent, promote and sell PublishDrive products and services to existing and prospective customersManage and close inbound sales leadsEstablish, develop, and maintain positive VIP business and customer relationshipsRepresent PublishDrive at industry conferences and fairsWork closely with the Customer Success department to expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaintsAchieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduleCoordinate with all departments to efficiently optimize the sales effortAnalyze and report results to management on a regular basisCollaborate with the Platform Unit to provide industry and user feedback to be used in the Product StrategyRequirementsProactive, problem solving attitudeExcellent people skillsFamiliarity with BRM and CRM practices (preferred using Hubspot products) along with ability to build productive business professional relationshipsHighly motivated and target driven with a proven track recordExcellent selling, communication and negotiation skillsPrioritizing, time management and organizational skillsAbility to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needsRelationship management skills and openness to feedbackExperience with analyzing industry data and strategy creationData analytics mindset with the ability to create in-depth sales reportsExcellent English communication skills both in verbal and writtenIndependent and self-directed workAdvantagesExperience in Sales and Account Management rolesConfidence in using office software products such as MS Office, Salesforce or productivity tools like Google DriveWhat you can expect from usCompetitive salaryYoung and fun work environment in a scaling startup companyInternational clients with a daily base usage of English skillsSelf-directed work with autonomy and the focus on resultsWay of work· Full-time contract· Flexible work location· We are a global team of professionals working remotelyJoin us in empowering the love of storytelling.
