Now we are looking for a Quality Specialist in Brazil who will be responsible for assisting a commercial team with INMETRO / ANVISA / ANATEL certification. As the market is new for us, it provides the candidate with a big opportunity for personal and career growth! Responsibilities Check INMETRO / ANVISA / ANATEL certification necessity for requests from commercial team Communicate with specialised companies which provides INMETRO / ANVISA / ANATEL certification service for each product category Receive quotations and search for the best rates Certification process follow up Keep track of expiration date of the current certifications Monitor feedback and complaints to address customer concerns and enhance satisfaction.
