Responsible for formulating, maintaining and implementing the procurement strategy of the responsible category, including industry analysis, supplier resource analysis, etc., to gain competitive advantages in procurement and ensure high-quality delivery; 3. Responsible for the construction and maintenance of the Benchmarks to get cost competitive advantage; 4.
