Investment Committees; Boards, etc.).Conducting the operational, financial and accounting diligence, taking responsibility for the quality and criticality of the information and interface with senior management, thus ensuring its accuracy and delivery within the agreed deadlines.Providing inputs for contract construction discussions (Investment Agreement; Stockholders' Agreementand Memorandum of Understanding).Managing and directing the junior team, defining stages/deliveries and developing its technical training, thus ensuring the high-standard performance of investment activities.Requirements:Undergraduate Degree concluded.Domain and experience (minimum of four years) on the topic of corporate finance (valuation, multiples, etc.).Solid oral and written communication skills, in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).Strong analytical skills.Office package domain.Desirable to have at least 1 year of experience in FP& A.Desirable CFACertification.Work Environment:It isn't just the performance that matters.
