Team Overview and Job responsibilities We are looking for an PCP SR Analyst to join our team.Based in Sorocaba, Brazil, reporting to the Programming Manager, you will be responsible for develop, control, monitor and optimize production capacity schedules, based on information and data on the capacity of machines, raw materials, semi-finished products, sales forecasts, labor, among others, in order to guarantee the production flow, in terms of deadlines and quality, in accordance with production plans and programs, safety standards and procedures, and guidelines received.Roles & Responsibilities:1. Develop and control production plans and schedules, together with the Logistics area, by loading the production simulator and its analysis of machinery limits, relocations, prioritizations, labor hours and scheduled maintenance, in accordance with production plans, rules and procedures, safety and guidelines received, seeking to optimize processes.2. Program and operate a computerized production management system, observing the fulfillment of service orders, verifying the capacity of machines and products to be produced, as well as monitoring compliance with delivery deadlines, and acting with precision in cases of reprioritization, rescheduling , in order to guarantee the pre-established goals.3. Schedule and monitor production activities ensuring that the productive resources involved in the process, such as direct and indirect raw materials, inputs, among others, are in accordance with needs and within limits that do not jeopardize the completion of services.4. Develop, update and control the production flow with production orders and delivery deadlines for the entire month portfolio, providing production and quality with information to be monitored so that deadlines are met.5. Keep up-to-date various documentation for each product, customers, among others to support other areas of the company, such as supplies, logistics.6. Manage semi-finished products between factories through spreadsheets for monitoring deadlines and receipts, and analysis of delivery times with the current schedule.7. Issue production bulletins and make adjustments with the logistics area, when the product delivery deadlines change.8. Prepare management reports informing all services performed and occurrences, quantities of products, raw materials, among others, in order to establish indicators that support the improvement and technical improvements.9. Monitor physical inventory of products in the manufacturing process, in order to ensure their correct quantification, interacting with production and industrial controllership.10. Ensure that procedures for conservation, cleaning and hygiene of the work area are observed, as well as guide third parties in also complying with safety, health, discipline and accident prevention rules.Who are we looking for?We are looking for?a candidate with the following skills and motivations:?• Completed high school.• Office Advanced.
