Legal Entity Controller - Vice President

As a Legal Entity Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the financial statements, managing the capital of the legal entities in the location, and ensuring business booking in the legal entities complies with the applicable regulatory requirements. You will lead the team responsible for capital management regulatory reports in accordance with Brazil regulatory agenda, support the team in new regulatory and quantitative changes to legal lending limits, and support the business in terms of regulatory limits analysis. You will also consolidate and present the annual Capital Plan to regional senior leaders and represent Capital Management in the Latam forum. Your role will also involve leading, influencing, and inspiring LEC team members while maintaining a pleasant and respectful environment.
Job Responsibilities: Lead the team responsible for capital management regulatory reports in accordance with Brazil regulatory agenda, and keep the group committed to a controlled and productive environmentSupport the team in new regulatory and quantitative changes to legal lending limitsSupport the business in terms of regulatory limits analysis and working on new products implementation and new regulatory initiativesConsolidate and present the annual Capital Plan to regional senior leadersRepresent Capital Management in the Latam forumLead, influence and inspire LEC team membersMaintain a pleasant environment between people, ensuring a cordial and respectful environmentRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills:  Years of experience in a similar professional experience within the financial servicesDeep knowledge on Banking Products including Derivatives and associated risksExpertise on bank regulatory capital rulesKnowledge of Accounting and Financial CalculationKnowledge of MS Office package, VBA language is a mustStrong communication skills in Portuguese and EnglishStrong analytical and logical skillsProactive attitude and learning interest. #J-18808-Ljbffr
