Responsibilities:1. Continuously establish and develop business relationships with new and existing utilities, IPP, developer and EPC customers2. Expand sales coverage, contributing to the design, development, and implementation of the company's sales plan3. Be responsible for the formation and management of the sales team, participate in the preparation of sales sector assessment and incentive plans and improve the sales sector management system4. Maintain close relationship and communication with existing key accounts to understand their needs regarding technical, financial, logistic, and marketing support, and organize internal resources to identify new business opportunities.5. Manage entire selling process from forecasting to actual product delivery and payment collection for all the key accounts, staying in close contact both with customers and the company's related internal departments6. Identify, establish, and manage multi-tiered relationships across customers, regions, and company's organization to ensure a long-term business partnership.7. Represent the company in local and national exhibitions and conferences8. Preparation of Rolling ForecastRequirements:1. Bachelor's Degree or above, in Business or Engineering and other related majors are preferred2. Minimum 5 years of business experienced in solar involving complex sales over several quarters' sales cycles. Lead a sales team of more than 20 people, with experience in sales team management, rich insight into the upstream and downstream industrial chain system of new energy, familiar with the energy storage operation mode of the new energy track and core team management3. Local language, fluent in English4. Confidence and foresight in prospecting for new business and maintaining existing accounts, Resilience and ability to evolve in a fast-paced industry5. Having major customer resources and connections in the overseas photovoltaic industry6. Ability to negotiate sales deals that contribute to the company's top and bottom lines7. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization, both external and internal8. Excellent relationship building, negotiation and presentation skills
